These box sets contain hand selected specialty cheese crafted to pair with your favorite red wines. We set out to design a box set of cheeses which would be perfect for giving to a party host, a corporate gift or as a present for that special person that loves food and wine. Each box was designed to be useful. Inside the cover of each box are suggested wine or beer pairings and the back of the box contains information about the cheeses and their flavor profiles. The flap of the box can be cut and transformed into cheese name cards to be used on cheese trays so party guests can easily identify the cheese they are eating.
