With the launch of the new online remortgage process, Nationwide Building Society allows their members to get a faster and more consistent decision on their lending request. Users have shorter and easier to fill form as the tool takes advantage of OCR (Optical character recognition) technology.

Nationwide asked us to create an animated film about the new tool that could highlight its benefits and celebrate the team that developed it. In line with the brand guidelines, the illustration style, the motion and the character design have been build with the aim to express – through the use of organic shapes and facial expressions, a feeling of reassurance and empathy.
