The design concept for the first floor is to create an area that promotes relaxation and wellness for senior citizens.  The basic layout of the space came from the idea of planning a garden.  With winding paths and rounded areas.  The facility encourages a relationship with nature by providing a green house.  The facility also enforces relaxation and wellness by providing a yoga studio, a gymnasium, a meditation room, and a library.  The first floor also has a health center, a small kitchen, and multiple storage areas.  The main idea for the first floor is to create a safe and comfortable place where senior citizens can go and meet new people.

The design concept for the second floor is to create a fun area that encourages young children to use their imagination.  The image for this idea was best represented by a treasure map.  The main area of the second floor boasts a large play area where children are free to run around and play pretend.  The toys included are large foam boulders, a pirate ship, a sand box, and play house and grocery store.  The second floor also includes an art room, a quiet play room, staff offices, and a break room.
