Studio Flash - Attraction concept

2. Archives
After leaving the pre-show, the old camera shop, you step into the archives. Thousands of century old photograph are stored here. A few drawers are slightly opened, revealing a faint greenish light emitting from within. As if photographs has started to self illuminate.
3. Dark room
In the dark room it is now revealed that the green lights emitting from the photographs aren't from the portraited people themselves but from unknown beings captured by the camera, ages ago.

4. Studio
This is the heart of the studio. A big circular room with an old camera setup in the middle. In the darkness you can see a figure sitting in a chair, posing to the camera. But when the camera clicks and studio lights quickly flashes the chair is empty.

5. Wardrobe
In a time where people often borrowed clothes for studio photography, the wardrobe and changing rooms played a big part. Walk through the endless corridor of dresses and suits hanging and spinning from the ceiling. And while the stylists are long gone, don't fear, because you are not alone. Just have a look in the mirrors and see that you have more company than you might wish for.
6. Camera & lights storage
The studios darkest room is the camera and lights storage. Filled with heaps of rubbish and old camera gear. Suddenly all the flashes flash simultaneously, almost momentarily blinding the visitor, and in the light, strange beings occur amongst the rubbish. But as soon as the light dies down again, all the beings have vanished. Well, at least so it seems.
7 Office & gallery
An old office in a room full of portraits. And while some photographs have that same glowing light from beings captured, others appear as if the portraited people are slightly moving anxiously. As if trapped in a framed cage. Amongst the portraits spirits and ghouls move about, scaring the approaching visitors.

Just before leaving the studio, you will walk through a narrow dark corridor leading to the exit. Suddenly one last flash reveals the two old brothers hanging by their necks in ropes from the ceiling. In their hands they each hold a camera. Accompanied by flash that just went off, the cameras in the men's hands also took pictures of the visitors walking by, that can be purchased in the after show, the digital camera store.

9. The "new" camera store
The after show is set in an 80's style camera store. Not too long after the two brother's studio closed, the free space next store was turned into a state of the art camera store, filled with all the latest technology of that time. Here, under the flourescent lights, you can purchase your portrait from the walkthrough attraction as well as other photography-themed merchandise.
