CharityVision / Mabuhay Deseret Foundation 30-Year Anniversary Concert
While on a work trip to the Philippines (with CharityVision) in 2017, it came to my attention that our 30-year anniversary would be the next year. It dawned on me that we need to make a fuss about this- 30 years of saving sight and changing lives. CharityVision started in the Philippines 30 years ago, so I thought it HAD to be in the Philippines.
I was able to put together the idea, the committee, create most of the design and marketing materials, the sponsorship package, promotional videos, and so much more.
My first meeting with the Mabuhay Deseret Foundation Board to discuss the 30-Year Concert.

I also was able to rebrand the Mabuhay Deseret Foundation so that we could modernize it and use it across all materials.

One of my favorite parts of this was being able to work directly with David Archuleta's manager. They did the concert for us pro bono and it made such a huge difference to be able to have him as our headliner for the concert.
With sponsorships and everything, we were able to raise a net amount of over $40,000, which was a HUGE success. We were so pleased to be able to apply that to the life-changing work that CharityVision does.
