The intervention dubbed a Homeless Resource Center is dedicated to the creation of initiatives geared towards equipping homeless individuals in-uplifting themselves up out of their present condition.
The redefinition of a building as an object is replaced by the idea of an architectural gesture that is merged into the urban environment; by this is meant an architecture which is capable of amplifying the urbanspaces adjoining it through it's own terrential like spatial organization.
In addition, it's volume and mass was raised (suspended) above the natural street level hovering over perpendicular (intersecting) public pathways while at the same time wrapping a traditional high-rise building & connecting three adjacent public spaces.
