These Ecovillas are part of El Zur master plan development. Placed in the middle of the Guatemalan Rain Forest, master plan includes a series of Villas among the trees. Transparency, and permeability were the main requirements El Zur developers asked for. Wood, stone, glass, water features, big decks to enjoy the landscape (Tropical Jungle and 3 Volcanoes in the surroundings) and a sense of exotic and warming arrival were also guidelines for the final result.

Eco Villas include social areas (interior and exterior), Visits WC, Guest Room, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, plunge pool and wooden deck for panoramic views.
