Architectonic Barriers Removal
After inspections and surveys in the disabled person's residence, evaluated his specific needs and requirements, identified the architectural barriers, obstacles and impediments, the aim of the project was to improve the autonomy of the old person and facilitate the activities of the caregivers.

The current arrangement of the space required considerable physical effort and hinders the assistance operations making them complicated and tiring.

To reduce the necessary maneuvers in the space and facilitate the safe transfer inside the shower and on the toilet, masonry works were necessary to expand the available space. Furthermore, in order to ensure safe and autonomous use, facilitating hygiene operations, certain essential supporting elements have been set up.
