Design played the role of food is hero for delicious ready-to-eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options made by chefs. Amazon Go fresh prepared sandwiches, for a time, were packaged in boxes that borrowed from the classic "to-go" container vernacular and sprung open to a plate with a tear of the label. All design solutions were a response to hard technological restrictions.
The team partnered with well loved brands like Seattle local chocolatier Theos, and the Coca Cola Company, to create exclusive and limited edition products for the grand opening of the first store.
Every customer touchpoint was designed for speed and convenience.
