Concept, photography & motion for five Dutch sports associations.
Five sports associations formed a brand new alliance called 'The World of Sports'. I was asked to create a visualization of their respective ánd shared identities. The concept i created uses still & moving imagery and 5x7 meter murals throughout the new building these organisations now share.
Five sports associations formed a brand new alliance called 'The World of Sports'. I was asked to create a visualization of their respective ánd shared identities. The concept i created uses still & moving imagery and 5x7 meter murals throughout the new building these organisations now share.
Conceptually i chose to highlight what these organizations share. The connecting element between these five sports is visualized through the landscape. Landscape as a catalyst for wonderful sports experiences. The images show the people in their relation to the landscape and the landscape as the place where the heart wanders off to.
We created fifteen murals showing field hockey, volleybal, skiing, golf and several water related sports.
To realize the life-sized printed images showing the finest detail and color nuances we created studio-lit outdoor situations and 320-million pixel stitched panorama images that were focused-stacked to give them them front-to-back depth of field sharpness.
