This is a short audio animation I created. I was joining a staffing agency and my recruiter asked me to bring five of my best work. I poured over my projects and saw I only had four! So I whipped up this bad boy in ten hours the day before my meeting.
I saw a post years ago on AE Tuts about using Trapcode Sound Keys to effects different parts of Particular. So I pulled up the video, got to a middle point, and went from there. I tried to make the Particles look as much like fire as possible. The aux system provides a sick looking ember effect.
The text I did in Form. I wanted each letter to disenigrate into embers. The only thing I would add is more of a glow to the particles. The pulsating, rotating flares on the sides were added for um...flair.
