Project development
In collaboration with the Head of Design Decathlon United and developers, me & Maxence Verlynde, worked on the UX/UI of the application Talent. Our objective was to facilitate the connection between projet managers and talents in the design field all around Decathlon company.
Talent is an app designed to facilitate perfect match between projects manager and talented designers.
This application serves one of the Decathlon vision point : 1000 internal freelances who can work on different projects combining their interests, their skills and company strategic priorities. In this way we contribute in accelerating creativity and boost strategic projets.
Talent app has two main users : project managers and designers. According to different users needs, we cover functionalities choice through user insights.
Starting from defining users profiles mapping we detect the main fonctionalities that the app needs to integrate. Through wireframing and lean development we adapt the interface following user insights.
The collaboration with developers guaranteed that the user interface design was faisable in term of technical development and with the aim to deliver the best user experience.

Talent app : How it works ?
A projet is published on Decathlon Platform project and each Project Manager fills the needs in term of ressources and talents to achieve successfully project's objectives.
A designer can create a profile page to highlight his/her main skills, interests and skills that he/she wants to improve.
He/she can upload some images extracted by the portfolio to visually show his/her capabilities.
A project manager can find out an interesting talent and directly contact him/her by email.
The designer can discover interesting project for whom he/she wants be part of the team.
