Let me start off by saying there was a lot of Oreo vanilla cake, and that may have been because I may or may not have doubled the recipe…. my mistake. Anyways as it is my younger sister’s 14th birthday I took it upon myself to make her a birthday cake. I decided to try a new recipe, so I stumbled upon an interesting one. I decided to give it a try, even though some of the ingredients were questionable. My grandma and I went shopping to get some of these questionable ingredients such as instant vanilla pudding mix and sour cream. I made the recipe once and then decided it wasn’t enough batter, so I made another cake and cooked both of them for around 30 minutes. When they came out I taste tested them and the result = delicious.  As seen from the pictures you can see how big the cake is!!!! It is a three layer cake with rich, creamy Oreo frosting.

Note* If you are going to double the recipe, make sure that you have enough of the ingredients. I started to make a second cake and then realized I didn’t have another pack of instant vanilla pudding… but I went with it and it turned out pretty we’ll!
