Thesis building proposal to house the new Flores Public Library, under functional and contemporary architecture premisses to solve the rising demand of new public spaces to cover this thriving comunity needs.

Projected for a 20 year-life project (according to population growth and subsecuential demand of space). Designed to be entirely recicled for other municipal services in the future, after the project's life expires, the library includes Lobby, private reading spaces, Great reading room, spaces for multimedia research, exhibition hall, auditorium (300 people), conference rooms, Kid's library. All in the middle of a 25,000 sqm park to be used for multiple cultural and civic events.
