The Heart that Grew is a zine that looks at pent up emotions. We have been taught (explicitly or subtly) to hide emotions, to be quiet, to not want to 'talk about it' all the time. But dealing with our emotions, both positive and negative, help us grow in unexpected ways. We learn to love ourselves, flaws and all.
