“Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. A look from the XXI century” is an academic conference dedicated to the writer's legacy.
The opening ceremony of the conference was held at The Russian State Library (Pashkov House) on Dec. 10th, 2018. Tuman Studio designed visual communication and identity for the conference, speculating on the idea of censorship that affected the writer’s whole life and literary work.

Graphic elements of the identity refer to Soviet telegram forms and partially hidden information. The portrait of Solzhenytsyn, the key image of the identity, is cropped into a dynamic graphic shape that supports the idea of censorship.
