The Katharine Brasserie & Bar pairs Parisian charm with southern hospitality in the middle of Winston-Salem, putting a modern polish on their spot in the former RJ Reynolds Building. Leveraging the bon-vivant lifestyle of traditional French cafés, Créme strived to create a space that balanced a casual and effortlessly comfortable ambiance with the elegance of the historic location. A custom scallop-backed iteration of Créme’s Exchange chair and art-deco inspired screens are mixed with modern leather, brass and wood.
