What Is and What Can Be (exhibition)

The Cincinnati Project engaged faculty and over 400 students across the University of Cincinnati in research projects examining structural barriers to equity for women of color in Cincinnati. This research was translated into a mobile and modular exhibition that traveled the city to share this work with multiple local communities. The exhibition included audio excerpts from oral history interviews with local activists to situate the experiences of women of color in Cincinnati within a series of thematic questions. A series of small books operated as takeaway publications which provide more capacious exposure for specific topics and projects.
