I am involved in my local Boy Scout Troop 182. I am a Life Scout currently working on my Eagle Scout. My role is Troop Guide and I work with all the younger scouts and newcomers to welcome them into the troop and walk them through the beginner requirements such as simple knots or simple first aid.
