installation "living the dream" for "UNCENSORED" during Moniker art fair, London, 2018.
My installation for "UNCENSORED" hall presents a monumental, anonymous portrait passed through and through by architectural and control elements like columns, abstract walls and barbwires.
In our present world, we have more and more stateless people, lost inbetween identities and non-places belonging to none. This multi colored portrait is one of thoses.
I added behind the face, to these serious and sade artefacts an half-readable ironic sentence which takes up an over used concept of our western societies that is saying: "LIVING THE DREAM"
It took us two weeks to build it for only 4 days of exhibition, then the piece was dismantled.
