These are some of my latest animated client work projects.
FICT 2018 - Transilvania International Book Festival Promo
The client wanted a new promo for 2018 edition of the Book Festival. There was also a new theme, the "Big Lecture" that had to work with their events. I was attracted to 2d hand drawn animation for a very long time and decided to use it in this case, because I felt the theme needed to convey the iterative process of imagination.
OI - Organisme Inteligente (Intelligent Beings)
A web series project about the Romanian legal system and citizen's rights with the main focus on educating a young audience.I was part of the team who produced the pilot using comical situations and quirky characters: two talking sheep, a wolf symbolising CORRUPTION and a shepard representing THE LAW. Pre-production work involved character's visual concepts, the look of the environments and the style of the animation. The pilot was launched on April 3rd 2018.
FICT 2017 - Transilvania International Book Festival Promo
The client wanted a gritty vibe and a personal story for this promo. The visual style went through several iterations until it became an old gritty manuscript. The story came out of a small incident that was observed during research.
COUNT ME IN (NVLD Project)
For the NVLD Project I worked on an animated story called "Count Me In". The NVLD Project is an initiative supporting an important research study to raise awareness for Nonverbal Learning Disability and its effects on children. I worked closely with the design agency and the video editor to develop the concept, characters and the animation to imagine the reality for a twelve year old child living with the NVLD disorder.
RENTERS.RO
I had to design and animate a promo for Renters.ro, a real estate online platform startup. The client wanted a clear message for his website startup that conveys accessibility and ease of use. The end result is a combination between an explainer video and a how-to trailer.
FICT 2014 - Transilvania International Book Festival Promo
I worked on the design and animation of a promo for Transilvania International Book Festival, 2014 edition.The client was an editor from Cluj-Napoca, Romania (the heart of Transylvania). They wanted to reveal a new face for their annual book fair, with an animated promo to announce the festival new log line "You can't get way from books!".
