This portfolio shows projects created by Infinity Design Ops. Our three members Kyle Dohn, Jackie Tso and Tristan Schurman has contributed to these projects. Our purpose is "This service is to improve the University of Arizona’s University Information Technology Services (UITS). This provision offers students and faculty technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This online service delivers direct support for computer and cell phone issues, viruses and installations of operating systems. The intention of this proposal is to extend onsite support services to every UA campus and by offering this option via the technical support website". This was created as a part of our ENGV 308 technical writing class were we had to create an idea.
