The Asociación Chilena de Seguridad (ACHS) is the society responsible for preventing labour risks and the treatment of occupational accidents. They commissioned a set of 10 manuals to inform about awareness guidelines regarding different risky body positions at work. To distinguish the manuals, each of them had a colour and an illustrated body part related to each topic. To help the understanding, each guideline was structured following three main questions: who must do it, what to do, and how to do it. This way it was simpler and quicker to identify what steps to follow. As a result, these technical information manuals were friendlier and easy to read.
La ACHS es una mutual encargada de prevenir riesgos y entregar servicios y tratamientos asociados a accidentes del trabajo. Para informar sobre sus protocolos de vigilancia, encargaron diseñar un set de 10 manuales correspondientes a distintas exposiciones corporales de riesgo en el trabajo. Para diferenciarlos, se asignó un color a cada uno y se ilustró la parte del cuerpo correspondiente a cada manual para la portada. Para facilitar la comprensión del contenido, cada protocolo de estructuró siguiendo tres preguntas: quién debe hacerlo, qué hacer y cómo hacerlo, permitiendo identificar rápidamente los pasos a seguir. Como resultado, logramos que la lectura de esta información de carácter técnico fuese más amigable.
