Done in the framework of the M.Sc course in Politecnico di Milano, we have created a new service for the conglomerate Virgin, to be introduced as an extension of the brand.
The new service, to be called Virgin Restaurateur, offers customers to "rent out" a restaurant for a short period of time (from a single day and up to a week) and run it as if they own it. The would-be restaurateur would be able to affect every aspect of the final outcome such as menu and appearance (within predetermined possibilities).
