How do you connect people to each other and to the place they live in? In this heterogenic area of Milan, a solution could be to connect the different stakeholders (residents, students, local business owners) by using a fabric of interdependent services, as exemplified in this project,  PoliTerra.
In PoliTerra the local inhabitants are encouraged to register to a plot of land (using an on-line service) and build, using a kit of nods, their own environment. no rules, no preconditions. what ever they do there, must be approved by the community rather the authorities.
