The task was to create a series of motivational posters for employees of the biopharmaceutical company “Nanolek”. To reflect the values of the company in an easy and relaxed, friendly manner. Posters should be interesting and memorable, they should inspire employees.

The company "Nanolec" specializes in the production of medicines, its activity is related to chemistry. Therefore, for a series of posters, we created the appropriate "chemical" heroes – two molecules named Nano and Lek, which are always together. Nano character is a molecule of water, and Lek – of oxygen. They are painted in the company's corporate colors, look and behave in a friendly, understanding and sincere way.

The company's core values - team, quality, responsibility, openness, partnership - are reflected and revealed in comic sketches, where Nano and Lek live and work in the laboratory of “Nanolek”. Values here are transmitted abstractly, through stories about mutual assistance and teamwork, but the participation of molecules refers specifically to the specialization of the company. The characters on the posters cooperate, help each other and partners, seek the best solutions and enjoy excellent results.

This format will allow employees to recall the key principles, that guarantee sustainable achievements, easily and with pleasure.

Posters are located in the rooms and corridors of the Moscow head office of the company and the plant in the Kirov region.
