B-EAT double pages. Tony Holfeldt from the JANTE asked me if I could pick out a few photos from our cooperation for a new food magazine from Gruner und Jahr Verlag, B-EAT? "Yeah, of course, no easier than that, with so many great pictures of Tony's work" There a fantastic team is working to find and describe the best restaurants of our time and to make you want to go out. I really enjoyed working with them.
