Cod Steaks Ltd creates beautiful public artworks and won a tender to produce a series of sculptures for Eastleigh Borough Council. As part of the Cod Steaks team, I worked with the artists to produce the tender presentation documents and organised consultation events.
For Eastleigh, we ran an extensive consultation process. Eastleigh Borough Council was inspired to adopt this public engagement model for future community projects.
- Helped devise a programme of public consultation events, organised the events and produced all supporting publicity and workshop material.
- Provided the silhouetted design assets that were cut from metal to top the sculpture.
