Another personal piece for my Flight of the pelicans series. I tried to challenge myself this time by having more characters on screen. I did the initial layout in Blender, a great way to figure out the layout, camera lens and lighting. After that, I painted over it in Procreate on the Ipad, with a little back and forth to Photoshop. Just as a sidenote.. its great to paint on the Ipad, and procreate is getting better by every release, but the tools for making the brushes are still not as good as photoshop, especially with adding dual brush & textures to get that really realistic textured feel that you can so easily get in photoshop. 

But it does give you a different feel of painting since the brush engine is completely different, so its still interesting to use it from time to time when you are bored of photoshop!
