Envise
Envise is classified as a wholly owned subsidiary of Southland Industries. As a building systems integrator, Envise unites building automation, mechanical service, and analytics in order to optimize facility operations and allow them to run more efficiently.
Challenge: Take the Southland Service business unit and merge it with the newly acquired ABS Systems to make a new company.
Solution: Through a series of brainstorming and strategic planning meetings, we came up with the name Envise. This stands for "environmental advisor." The name captured the essence of the business, because the it exists to serve two purposes. The first to improve client's indoor environments and secondly, to be viewed asa trusted advisor for those that partner with them.
The tagline "We speak buildings" correlates to the advisory role that Envise serves, in the fact that Envisors understand the what the controls of the building are saying to them and they are able to communicate that back to their clients in their own language.
