Jio Setting (CSF) and Jio Apps Dashboards
Led product design and user experience for Jio Core Platform app, Jio Settings - a Common Services Framework app, that has a library of services to power the Jio Mobile apps as well 3rd party apps. It leverages the Jio digital publishing platform & network services for purpose of identity access & certifying a secured user authentication.
It hosts common services for Jio apps, similar to what Google Settings does for Google Apps ecosystem, as well as provides a support and feedback mechanism and interoperability for all Mobile apps on Jio Platforms. Additionally it hosts as an App center with plans for building a service lifecycle for all Jio apps. Developed as MDK in iOS and independent app in Android. Its Core module is consumed by all the consumer apps linked to IDAM, to manage consumer issues and to track logs of user interactions for a better customer service.
This project was worked in collaboration with Customer Service Delivery unit at Jio Platforms.

Omni-channel platforms like JioMoney, enterprise products like Jio Net, retail merchant services like Jio World, and public healthcare apps like Jio HealthHub, plans to leverages CSF for Messages and Campaign analytics. It hosts a web app design with features for analytics dashboards, message creation, bulk editing and the reports.
- Delivered of Android, iOS, Web view for the customer and JioWorld (mZone) web app for merchants.
- Built a central process for GL team to drive Design work based on agreed spec (collaborated and derived with Workflows, IA, IxD, VD, Content) as well establishing the use cases for QA and Product Demos.
Developed a responsive HTML page for Jio Sign Up (Mobile and Desktop)
