I designed a sign for the Illinois River Watershed Partnership to serve as an educational tool for the Horsebarn Trail Rain Garden’s community audience, including school groups. The garden is part of the IRWP’s continuous efforts to educate the community about their impact on the environment.
The sign features a layered drawing of the garden, provides information on the garden’s functionality and environmental benefits, and highlights Arkansas’s geography and native plants. It is composed of a reverse vinyl UV print applied to the back of 1/4” acrylic and is mounted to a large rock located on the edge of the garden.
