General Motors - Holden VF Commodore
The brand new VF commodore from General Motors Holden has been unveiled. I had the opportunity to be part of this project and work on a number of components to help bring these parts to production.
On the exterior I took part in a number of wheel designs throughout the VF Commodore range including the Calais wheel design working with designers and engineers who provided sketches, mechanical and technical criteria to create a component ready for production whilst undertaking numerous design alterations throughout the process. Whilst constructing the part in CAD all manufacturing, machining and tooling requirments were considered along with material selection to help create a feasible design.
