Airtel B2B platform emerged from the need to automatise the broad range of internal and time-consuming processes.
A solid approach starts with a vision, knowing the customers and their needs. The objective was to design an end-to-end experience resulting in a product that feels natural, helping customers focus on accomplishing tasks without losing time.
The process used previously was based on physical listings in spreadsheets format, shared through conventional channels such as e-mail. To automatise this process, we had to understand and categorise the information and determine how it would be unified to present personalised results.
