The hive-layout has been chosen to show the particular playful and strategic characteristics of Namahn methodology.. The color of each component depends on the the mindset it belongs to and it is sized on the effort required. The position of the components is decided in relation to the others to find the shortest paths for closer components and to show the progression within the Agile method. The different actors involved are visualized with different kinds of bees in relation with their role.
