Oversaw all aspects of event production for the Fidelity President's Circle weekend-long event honoring a selected group of Fidelity employees as part of a global award and recognition program. Highlights included a fully functional mobile private social networking site designed to facilitate interaction and networking among the honorees. Site features included updates, photo and video uploads, profile management, comments, etc.
Mobile social networking site. All honorees received personalized iPads with this social networking app pre-configured and various activities throughout the weekend were coordinated through it.
We also developed a digital signage system that rotated through profiles of the honorees during the event.
