WE DAY TOUR 2017
I recently created some cool backgrounds for the We Day Tour! Most were specific backgrounds for some of the musical performances which i will posting here over time. Above you can see a generic logo background loop, this was made for a special part of the show that was recorded for broadcast on ABC.
This is a very simple background for another performance by Grace VanderWaal's Moonlight. It was a nice chance to create very subtle environmental animations.
It was very fun to create this cool scifi look for this Tyler Shaw song. Just a couple simple animations with nice colour variations, but the edit goes so nicely with the song.
My latest addition to this project is another performance by Jully Black! This is a personal fav just because of the super crisp looping graphics. It's kind of a long medley but there are a bunch of cool looks so pls check it out below:
One of the first backgrounds I made was for Alicia Keys performing her song Holy War. The look is very simple and atmospheric but it creates a very cool and iconic look in the performance video.
One of my fav performance backgrounds from last year's tour, this was made for the very awesome Jully Black covering Three Little Birds.
I didn't end up getting a final audio track so I put the original song into this post
We Day is great place for to learn about YouTube stars! I enjoyed making this simple animation for Grace VanderWaal's performance. I was lucky to find a recording of her performance and you can see the animation on it's own below.
