SUBA Gastrobar
INTIMATE, EXQUISITE AND UNFORGETTABLE
Located in the rooftop of Verride - Palácio Santa Catarina, a 5 star boutique hotel, SUBA Gastrobar has a breathtaking view over Lisboa that makes your mouth water. Here, in addition to the delicious creative and author cuisine, it is the city that is served in a tray, in a sophisticated atmosphere, tempered by the waters of the Tejo river. And obviously, that was the inspiration to create this sophisticated restaurant’s identity.
The idea came from the representation of the view through the windows of the restaurant, where the shades of Tejo fuse with the sky in an immensity of blues. That “window” supports a contemporary typography, with lines that reflect the sophistication of the space. Their verticality suggests the location, the rooftop on hotel’s upper floor, which was also the inspiration for the naming, SUBA, a small, easy and catchy word that means “Come Up” in Portuguese.
