Maxim is the ultimate guide for men, therefore, Maxim Colombia has decided to call upon men who fight to be men. Men who was born in the body of a woman and who does not stop until proving that they are men. We are launching this piece on March 31st, International Transgender Day of Visibility, to acknowledge and celebrate their value trough a real life case. “Welcome Pablo” talks about the moment in which Pablo, our protagonist, decide to let go of the woman he never was, in order to start his transformation. Taking hormonal treatment and having several surgeries done, are some of the obstacles that he was faced with. At the end we can see a gallery of the real process of Pablo, to culminate with his actual image and to welcome him.
