CYANOTYPES & PHOTOGRAMS

The cyanotype, or blueprint, process dates back to 1841 when it was discovered by Sir John Herschel. They are contact prints so the image is the same size as the object or negative used to create it.
A photogram is a photographic image made without a camera by placing objects directly onto the surface of a light-sensitive material such as photographic paper and then exposing it to light.
