Lucky Dog Rescue Rebrand
Introduction
The Lucky Dog Rescue is a caring dog rescue that is committed to saving dogs from the kill list at shelters. They rescue, clean, vacant, neuter, and chip the dogs, for free. Even after adopting from them, they like to keep a good relationship with the owners. They do all of this with the help of volunteers. Since Lucky Dog Rescue does not have a shelter location, they use “foster parents” to watch the dogs before they get adopted. They accept any support, and are welcoming to everyone. They are very passionate about the dogs they rescue. Their work helps give perfect dogs that would otherwise be put down amazing new lives.
Inspiration
Our inspiration came mostly from the name of our organization. We wanted to make a logo that expressed how Lucky Dog Rescue was innovative in how it goes about adopting dogs. But when we looked at their current website and logo, we were disappointed that we did not get that feel. They needed a revamp of the logo so they could stand out from other dog rescue places in Phoenix. Since we wanted to show a sign that represented luck, we incorporated the clover. From there we got to sketching down our ideas.

For our final logo, we incorporated a four leaf clover and a dog tag. We want people to know our company when they see these simple signs. We want people to know they came from the best care at Lucky Dog Rescue. The people will soon begin to associate the clover with a caring company. The goal is to get people familiar with the logo so they can trust that the dogs are coming from the best care.
