This project was created with the Boogertman + Partners Design team. A mixture of uses including residential, retail, offices, educational and public open spaces is proposed for the above mentioned study area. The design proposal suggests that all tree land portions mentioned above should be developed as one precinct in order to achieve the best outcome and ensure the longevity of the area as a whole.
