Sha'et Garden City
My aim was to create a space that feels like home, A cafe with a vintage, old and cozy spirit, worked on making it comfortable, functional to make people feel home and consider it their place.
We designed each room with different theme; We designed one room inspired from Oum Kalthoum(a very famous Arab singer) as an icon for music, one for Fouad Haddad(The father of poets) as an icon for literature and poetry, Ahmed Zaki(A great Egyptian actor) as an icon for cinema and the reception area with an eclectic style.
Almost every piece is made from scratch; the tables, the lighting units, the shelves, the frames and even the chairs it have our touches on.
