Houston Makes is a non-profit organization that aims to create a community for local makers by providing an online platform where they can communicate and collaborates. HM also provides makers with resources that the makers can access to push their creations beyond fabrication.

In collaboration with the organization’s founder, the brand created for Houston Makes was inspired by the city’s industrial landscape of the ship channel and also referencing the city’s association with NASA. It becomes a symbol makers could associate with a notion community and collaboration.
