James Hardie is a world-leading manufacturer of smart building materials. The name is synonymous with unsurpassed quality, durability and design excellence across the globe.

James Hardie approached Cultivate to redesign their suite of sales tools in line with their new brand identity. Used to promote their exterior weatherboard products to customers across Europe, the sales tools include a product sample presenter, a colour guide and a product sample sleeve.

With each tool in a different size and format, the brief was to apply their new brand consistently and ensure all three elements worked together as a suite. The main sample presenter, used by architects and developers when specifying on design schemes, needed to be in a format that could hold 22 product samples and be easily transported and stored.
The product colour guide, used by homeowners when browsing potential cladding colours, was created in a handy pocket size and fans out to show painted samples of each colour, with one colour per leaf. A sample sleeve was also created to hold a piece of the cladding product, allowing customers to take samples home.
