Property Group Brochure
One global legal firm's property group was looking for a high-impact brochure to highlight their range of experience in transactions of iconic structures, complex financings, and large developments in the real estate sector. Cost was a factor, as well as a brochure that can be easily distributed at events or boardroom meetings. The result was a pocket size, accordion fold brochure with fonts and colors that were selected from the firm's existing style guide. To highlight each of the areas of expertise, buildings were formed from the descriptions that resulted in a cityscape when looked at from a distance.
