All we need is for HaKadosh Baruch Hu to show us a friendly face. (Midrash Shocher Tov, 80) When we are at peace amongst ourselves, He shows a friendly face to us. But when we have discord among us, HaKadosh Baruch Hu shows us an angry face. (Rav. S.Schwab on prayer)
