SIMI Winery in Sonoma County has Italian roots that date back to 1876. They wanted a Visitor Center only wine package that broke away from the standard and delivered something fun.

The result was Maiale Cieco. It translates to Blind Pig in Italian, which supports their unique prohibition story. The growler bottle holds two liters of very drinkable red table wine. Bring it back for a refill 6 times and get a free one.
