This poster documents a randomly-selected twelve-hour period in my life, using only typography.

All text is set solid, at varying point sizes to provide visual interest and emphasize key items. Actual times are set in red, providing some breaks from the visual intensity without the use of white space, which is virtually nonexistent.

The work can either be read line by line, or skimmed by reading only the larger text to provide a general feel for the stream-of-consciousness subject matter. The intention is to ensure that only a very determined reader could handle reading the text in its entirety.

As the BBC would say, very strong language from the start...I can now lift far more weight than is documented in the workout described here, but the rest of my life remains as chaotic as ever.
