Derrida Poster
Typographic Deconstruction
Poster created from a typographic deconstruction exercise gone awry. This is probably not what Derrida had in mind when he wrote Of Grammatology.

The text may be difficult to read at this size...the top line reads
JACQUES DERRIDA PHILOSOPHER + FOUNDER OF DECONSTRUCTION

& the bottom line reads
BORN 15 JULY 1930 EL BIAR FRENCH ALGERIA DIED 8 OCTOBER 2004 PARIS FRANCE

The quote in the centre section reads
I NEVER GIVE IN
TO THE TEMPTATION
TO BE DIFFICULT
JUST FOR THE SAKE
OF BEING DIFFICULT

I suspect Noam Chomsky would claim otherwise.

All type, deconstructed & normal, is set in HTF Gotham.
